Hi! I'm Cora, an illustrator from Manchester, currently based in Liverpool.
I am inspired by my own heritage and experiences with cultures around me. I grew up with Brazilian music on one side, and the magic of the Irish countryside on the other. In Liverpool, I have gotten involved with art communities, skateboarding, underground music and rave culture.
In 2024, I studied abroad in Saarbrücken, Germany. My confidence in myself and my artwork grew a lot, and I developed a natural drawing style. My work is versatile, but often follows a limited colour palette. I love to work with expressive motions influenced by life drawing. I find ways to adapt this to appropriate markmaking, ensuring there's textural deliciousness in everything I do.
